Kirkwood is where our offices are and one of our partners resides with his family. We pride ourselves on being good neighbors, by doing any job that comes our way in our neighborhood, sponsoring the Kirkwood Wine Stroll and Kirkwood Spring Fling, participating heavily in the Kirkwood Business Owners Association and the Kirkwood Neighbors Organization. We are most proud of our work supporting Kirkwood Cares, which is a committee of our Kirkwood Neighbors Organization dedicated to providing critical repairs to low-income neighbors. We are their primary contractors and have provided over $30K in donated and discounted labor and materials for their projects.

We were able to build this new home in Kirkwood for 3 generations of family living together! The project included lots of open space, light, office space, large master suite upstairs and and a large downstairs living space for mom. The front and back of the house have large decks for outdoor living and the tile choices throughout were super cool!

New Construction

This addition and remodel in Reynoldstown was quite the transformation! The house ended where the living room and staircase are now and we added the kitchen, pantry, screened in porch and deck. The skylight in the kitchen, the cabinets, the pulls and knobs, and the gorgeous screened in porch, gave his house a big upgrade for this growing family!

We built this gorgeous 3 story home for Edgewood Church on Memorial just on the border between Kirkwood and Edgewood. The home was built over the basement of a 100yr old farm house and includes 3 stories of open living space, with a beautiful staircase winding up through the floors. Plenty of room for the family, office, workout space, and decks for days!

Justin & Michele have lived in this historic home in a charming neighborhood in Decatur for 20 years. The house had been remodelled and added onto many times (Michele called it her "Frankenhouse"). They asked us to come in to create an open usable space for them with a sleek contemporary kitchen. We had to be flexible to work with what we discovered as we removed ceiling and posts to create the look they wanted and kept our communication open throughout the whole process. What resulted was a gorgeous space and happy clients!!
