Stryant Investments & their partners acquired this historic elementary school that had been abandoned for 20 years from Atlanta Public Schools and set about on an adaptive re-sue and historic preservation project. We took an old building with extensive water damage and created affordable housing, an artists' community, office space for non-profits, a restaurant space and co-working space while preserving and reusing original materials and abiding by strict historic preservation standards.

Oz Laundry sought to be the largest, cleanest, brightest, cutting-edge laundry space in the South Decatur corridor along Covington Highway. We built this gorgeous space including signage, and a geometric mural on the back wall and it turned out SO FRESH and SO CLEAN CLEAN!
